What we do
We are a new company established in 2010. All of our Directors have years of experience in waste management and plastics businesses. We are dedicated to the recovery and recycling of waste plastic’s into pellet and granules. We will collect and reprocess your waste plastic and advise on ways to reduce the amount of material cross contamination which will in turn save you the increasing cost of landfilling it. We are dedicated to the recovery, recycling and reuse of plastics which might otherwise end up in landfill.
We can provide an on site assessment and management of your plastic scrap and arrange a workable collection program which matches your production outputs. For larger continuous quantities of waste plastics we can provide baling facilities on site and provide the necessary training. (please ask for further details).

Site Audit
We can carry out a site audit and preliminary report on the waste plastic generated on you site and advise on the most appropriate and cost effective method of dealing with it.
Consultation
As part of the service available to customers, Polymer Recovery can provide advice regarding the current and new regulations regarding waste management of plastic products and Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste). We will provide you with a suitable solution and program of actions which you can take to ensure that you are fully compliant.
Equipment Supply
Polymer Recovery can provide the most suitable baler and compactor systems to reduce the overall storage space requirement on site which will in turn utilize the available transport space and so reduce the cost per kilometer for transport from the site. We can provide a service for improving segregation and therefore reducing the cost of waste management.
Collection
Polymer Recovery can arrange collection from your premises based on individual requirements and will be operated with the least amount of disruption to the daily activities of your facility.
Recycling Process
Following collection, all plastics are inspected, sorted and categorized before processing. Based on the component sizes the most appropriate shredder and/or granulation process is applied to the material to produce granules and pellets to the highest specification.
The materials which we recycle include but are not limited to the following: PET, HDPE,PP,PS, LDPE, LLDPE, Films, Super Sacks, CDs, Other Plastics, Injection-Grade Plastic Pallets, Buckets, Totes, Barrels and Drums, and all grades of Auto Parts.
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate):
Plastic Packaging Applications: 
Soft drink, water, sauce bottles, peanut butter and jelly jars, heat resistant film food trays, etc. Food and beverage containers, plastic film and sheet, bottles etc.
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene):
Plastic Packaging Applications: 
Milk, juice, cosmetic, laundry detergent bottles, yogurt and margarine tubs, milk crates, grocery, trash, and retail bags, shampoo, conditioner and motor oil bottles etc.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride):

Clear food and non-food containers, medical tubing, film and sheet, construction products such as pipes, fittings, siding, floor tiles etc.
